Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers relevant to the scope of ICCIDA. All papers must be prepared using the official IET Conference Paper format and must follow the prescribed double-column template. The maximum paper length is 5 pages, including references.

Manuscripts may be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format through Microsoft CMT. Authors should use the official IET template without modifying the prescribed page layout or formatting.

All paper submissions must be made through the Microsoft CMT platform. You must create an account on the CMT platform to submit your paper.

Registration Information

Registration is mandatory for each accepted paper to be included in the conference presentation program and in the official conference proceedings.

Technical Support and Conference Administration

All technical support, registration handling, and related conference administrative services for ICCIDA-2027 are managed by Multidisciplinary R&D Forum Ltd. (MRD Forum), a UK-registered organisation providing academic event management, digital conference solutions, and event administration services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted through the Author Dashboard with payment details and a reason for cancellation. Requests received within three calendar days of payment will normally qualify for a refund after deduction of reasonable, non-recoverable transaction and administrative costs. Requests received after three calendar days but before the registration deadline may be subject to additional deductions reflecting services already provided and reasonable, documented costs incurred by the organizers, including conference administration and publication preparation. After the registration deadline, or once conference or publication services have commenced, refunds may be reduced or refused to the extent justified by costs incurred and losses that cannot reasonably be recovered. Non-attendance, visa refusal, travel disruption, or failure to present does not automatically entitle a participant to a full refund. If the organizers cancel the conference, the registration fee will be refunded in full, or participants may voluntarily transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.

Camera-Ready Guidelines

Please note that it is mandatory that authors must address all the changes suggested by the reviewers (if any). Authors can either use Latex or Word format for submission of camera ready paper. Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the official IET Conference Paper format, using the prescribed double-column template. Papers must have a length of 5 pages, including references.

Presentation Guidelines

The conference spans two days. Different sessions will be arranged, and you will present your paper live in your specified session. The session chair will head each session. You should wait for your turn, and the session chair will invite authors in sequence to present their papers.

All authors are requested to follow the following guidelines for preparing and presenting their paper:

The maximum amount of time allocated for each paper is 15 minutes. The presenter will present the paper for 10-12 minutes, followed by a 2-3 minute Question/Answer session.
We encourage you to put the ICCIDA Conference logo and Title in the background of your presentation.
The slide design should be as simple as possible. Avoid using paragraphs in the slides. They should be compact and to the point.
Audience are requested to ask questions during the Q/A session at the end of the presenation.

Review Process

All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 3 independent reviewers. Additional reviewers will be consulted if required.
All papers will go through plagiarism checker. Plagiarism report must not exceed 15%
AI plagiarism must not exceed 25%.
All papers must be formatted according to the official IET Conference Paper template.
Paper acceptance will be based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
Authors must make sure that they submit previously unpublished papers to this conference.

Awards & Participation

All accepted papers that are presented will be awarded a presentation certificate.
The Best Paper certificate will be awarded to the author(s) of the best paper. The selection will be based on reviewers' comments and recommendations of the session chair.
